What was life like before you started working for 20four7VA?

I am a working mom. I started working for a BPO company in 2010 and was assigned to a different account as a customer service representative (CSR). I grew so much in my 12-year career and was even promoted to a distinct position!

Why did you apply at 20four7VA?

The pandemic hit! 

My husband works overseas and I’m at home with my 9-year-old son and 60-year-old father. I realized it would be hard to leave them at home during my night shift in the office.

This setup encouraged me to search for a job that would allow me to work from the comfort of my home.

How has 20four7VA helped you grow?

Working in the corporate world is far from being a virtual assistant. Being a VA means directly communicating with your clients regularly. This journey taught me how to become more resourceful and confident in my abilities.

What is your favorite thing about working at 20four7VA?

My two favorite things about working at 20four7VA are the WFH setup and the kind and professional clients. I never felt so satisfied and fulfilled in my career until I worked with this company. 

The free training is the best! The various training courses widened my knowledge in different niches.

What advice would you give to someone who’s thinking of applying to 20four7va?
