Emily leads the Global Customer Value Program at WorkForce Software supporting organisations in aligning their specific business needs, challenges and objectives with the WorkForce Software solution that meets those needs to deliver business value through demonstrable ROI. Emily has held previous positions in solution consulting, account relationship management and business development. Emily is a non-practising barrister and has gained a BA(Hons) in English from the University of Birmingham and an LLB (Hons) in Law from Nottingham Trent University.
