What do you do at 20four7VA?
Bianca: I serve as a Client Services Specialist for 20four7VA. My role is similar to a front desk support, but with a focus on client relations and administrative tasks. I handle outbound and inbound client calls, set appointments, and assist with the creation and management of client contracts.
What part of your current role is the most exciting?
Bianca: I enjoy speaking with clients and learning about their business needs. I love to see our clients’ genuine interest in 20four7VA’s virtual staffing services.
How did you hear about 20four7VA, and why did you decide to join us?
Bianca: I saw 20four7VA on Google! I was looking for a full-time role and decided to pursue this opportunity — and I’m glad I did!
What’s your professional background? What were you doing before you joined 20four7VA?
Bianca: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. I worked in a local BPO company while I was studying.
What’s your favorite thing about 20four7VA?
Bianca: I love the supportive and friendly work environment! Even in this remote setup, everyone is fun and easy to collaborate with.

Bianca: I take my dog for a walk after my shift. These after-shift walks help me relax and reset! 🐕

Bianca: I love watching Netflix and Disney+, especially sci-fi movies! I also enjoy playing the piano during my free time 🎹.
