What difficulties did you experience in your work life before you joined 20four7VA?
Bruno: I was looking for a company that would give me the security and comfort I need while working remotely. I was able to find 20four7VA!
How did you come across 20four7VA?
Bruno: I found 20four7VA on Google. I was searching for opportunities that match my skillset.
What are your top 3 remote work tips?
Bruno:
- Establish clear communication. Be on the same page with your manager or client
- Document your tasks and note important deadlines to avoid backlogs and meet expectations
- Show the value that you can bring to the table and upskill
What skill would you want to learn, and why?
Bruno: I’m looking for a skill that’s related to my field. I’m interested in learning about Dreams Technologies.
What are your long-term goals, and how do you see your current role contributing to those goals?
Bruno: I’d like to lead a remote team here and work with more clients in the future.
Do you have any memorable experiences with 20four7VA? Any work challenges that you were able to overcome?
Bruno: I faced and overcame many challenges in my current role. One time, there was a client who needed assistance in SOAP integration for financing.
That particular task was complex and quite challenging, but I was able to propose effective alternatives to deal with the situation.
Give us a hot take about being a VA
Bruno: A VA needs to figure out how to manage their time effectively.
You can work more than 40 hours a week or handle many clients. This may lead to stress or burnout- that’s why you need to be mentally and physically healthy.
What do you do to unwind after work?
Bruno: I love to walk my two dogs to clear my mind. I play pool and cook something nice to recharge.

Bruno: I love working with you guys! We’ve built a solid foundation of trust.
