What difficulties did you experience in your work life before you joined 20four7VA?
Cess: I almost fell into depression. I was clinically diagnosed with mild anxiety that has the potential to become severe.
It was triggered by a series of difficult work experiences—I was scammed by a client.
It wasn’t just about the amount I lost; it deeply affected my trust in people… even in myself.
How did you come across 20four7VA?
Cess: I remember it clearly—I came across a 20four7VA advertisement on a shared Facebook post.
I’ll never forget that night because there was a power outage. I was only using my phone at the time, so I took a quick screenshot. The moment the power came back, I turned on my computer and started my application right away.

Cess:
- Communicate effectively- Don’t overthink that your frequent updates might be annoying—you’re just being thorough, and the client actually appreciates it!
- Setting boundaries is a must- Treat everyone with respect!
- Stay disciplined- We might think that we know everything, but knowledge is nothing without discipline.
What skill would you want to learn, and why?
Cess: I want to learn more about AI!
